1. INTRODUCTION

This Agreement outlines the fundamental terms under which Uneedcoms Inc. ("COMPANY", "we", "us") will provide, and the Customer and End Users agree to accept and use the DECA Generative Engine Optimization Services ("Services"). By using or accessing the Services, you confirm that you have reviewed, understand, and consent to be bound by this Agreement and COMPANY's Privacy Policy.

1.1 Service Description

DECA is an advanced conversational AI platform designed specifically for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). Our platform features three specialized AI agents:
• Context AI Agent: Automated research and context gathering
• Keyword AI Agent: Advanced keyword analysis with intent mapping
• Contents AI Agent: GEO-optimized content creation and optimization

1.2 Target Users

Our Services are primarily designed for North American freelancers and content professionals seeking to optimize their content for AI search engines including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overview.

2. USE AND ACCESS TO THE SERVICES

2.1 Service Features

The Services include:

• GEO Writing Assistance: AI-powered content creation optimized for generative search engines
• Keyword Analysis: Intent-based keyword research and optimization recommendations
• Content Briefs: GEO-optimized content briefs and strategy development
• Productivity Enhancement: Tools designed to transform 3-hour tasks into 3-minute processes

2.2 Account Registration

To access the Services, users must create an account providing:
• Complete legal name
• Valid email address
• Professional information relevant to content creation
• Any additional information deemed necessary by COMPANY

2.3 Acceptable Use

Users agree to:

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• The DECA platform and AI agents
• Proprietary algorithms and methodologies
• Service improvements and updates
• Trademarks, logos, and brand elements

5.2 Customer Rights

Customers retain ownership of:
• Original content submitted to the platform
• Content created using our Services
• Business strategies and proprietary information

5.3 Generated Content

Content generated by DECA's AI agents is owned by the Customer, subject to:
• Compliance with this Agreement
• Respect for third-party intellectual property rights
• Appropriate attribution when required

6. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS

6.1 Service Performance

While we strive for excellence, COMPANY does not guarantee:
• Specific improvements in search engine rankings
• Particular performance metrics or outcomes
• Compatibility with all content management systems
• Uninterrupted service availability

6.2 AI Agent Limitations

Our AI agents are sophisticated but may:
• Occasionally provide inaccurate or incomplete information
• Require human review and editing of generated content
• Have limitations in understanding context or nuance
• Not replace professional judgment and expertise

6.3 Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. COMPANY DOES NOT GUARANTEE ERROR-FREE OPERATION OR SPECIFIC BUSINESS OUTCOMES.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1 Liability Cap

COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF SUBSCRIPTION FEES PAID BY CUSTOMER IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE INCIDENT.

7.2 Excluded Damages

NEITHER PARTY SHALL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

8. TERMINATION

8.1 Termination Rights

Either party may terminate this Agreement:
• With 30 days' written notice
• Immediately for material breach
• For violation of acceptable use terms

8.2 Data Export

Following termination, Customer Data will be available for download for 30 days, after which it will be deleted according to our data retention policy.

9. MISCELLANEOUS

9.1 Governing Law
